The name VIRSANTECH originated from the name of the developer/ inventor VIRGILIO SANGUTAN TECHNOLOGY. Virgilio M. Sangutan is the incumbent President of the FILIPINO INVENTORS FEDERATION, INC., an umbrella organization of the different inventors organization nationwide.

He invented 15 products which are now sold in the market nationwide starting from 1993 up to the present under M.I. Herbal Capsule and Oil Laboratory (Herbal Products and Food Supplements), Invent Foods Manufacturing (Instant Coffee with Herbal Extracts) and Virsanmark Multi-Resource Industries (Food Enhancer and Waste Water Solution). In 2001, there was an incident where many students, particularly schools in Metro Manila had suffered from food poisoning by eating egg sandwiches. As inventor, he believed that he could do a great contribution in searching for a better solution to this very long problem. He made thorough studies, researches, and experiments on how the egg became a possible source of food poisoning.

In his studies and experiments, he found out that the egg is a product of a naturally formulated living organism. This means, it has life with a specialized cell needed for fertilization. He learned also that minute or tiny bacteria like salmonella can penetrate the shell into the egg yolk which damages the yolk and causes health problems to people. This is the very reason how the product name VIRSANTECH EGG SHELL PROTECTOR AND QUALITY ENHANCER was conceived.

Dindo's Trading, Limited is the Exclusive Distributor of Virsantech Products such as Egg Shell Protector and Enhancer, Fruits Life Enhancer and Waste Water Treatment Solution for local and international market.

From the year 1999 up to the present, the primary products that are being traded by Dindo's Trading are construction materials such as insulations, lumber and pre-engineered metal building from Europe and China. The company's existing clients are mainly engineers, architects, contractors and homeowners in Metro Manila and nearby cities and provinces. Due to unstable economy, rising fuel and currency fluctuations, the company is continuously searching for other products which they can market competitively both for local and international.

On July 2007, the Virsanmark Multi-Resources Industries based in Davao City was introduced to the company. Since then, Dindo's Trading, Limited was established and became the exclusive distributor of Virsanmark Multi-Resources Industries products.

The Mission of the company is "To educate the public using natural solutions for food and water preservation". Our products were invented by a Filipino inventor, Virgilio M. Sangutan, whose vision is to provide natural enhancer solutions for food and water using local raw materials readily available in Davao, Philippines.
