1. The eggs to be protected with VIRSANTECH EGG SHELL PROTECTOR AND QUALITY ENHANCER must be as fresh as possible, newly laid eggs or at least 12 hours from the time the eggs were laid.

2. The eggs to be protected with the VESP solution must be free from dust, dirt and other foreign matters and not yet washed with water.

3. Pour the VESP solution in a clean container with wide opening.

4. Stir the liquid solution thoroughly for at least three (3) minutes.

5. Put the eggs in a plastic screen and secure the top of the screen. Then, immerse the screen into the VESP solution for at least fifteen (15) seconds. Make sure that all the floating eggs are fully immersed by pushing them downward into the solution.

6. After fifteen (15) seconds, pull the eggs from the solution and then carefully transfer the eggs (pointed portion up) in the trays or containers with holes at the bottom so that the excess solution is drained-off completely.

7. Let the egg shell dry by using circulating air for at least five (5) minutes.

8. Then overturn the position of the eggs (pointed portion down) and dry the other side of the shell for at least another five (5) minutes.

9. When the eggs dry completely, these are ready for final packaging and labeling in the trays and boxes for storage and delivery to retailers and consumers.

Note:

For effective result of the VESP solution, please remember the following:

• Stir the VESP solution thoroughly.
• Do not add water into the VESP solution.
• The VESP solution can be re-used thrice (3X) maximum but it must be free from the presence of dirt and other foreign matters.

Indication : To extend the shelf-life of table eggs up to 30 days from the date of harvest or collection as stored in ordinary room temperature.

Specification : A homogenous liquid mixture for dipping eggs just after harvest or collection; to coat the egg shell surface for protection against the effects of the elements during storage and transport

Composition : Selected enzyme extract from durian, seaweed, banana, liquid wax, and deminiralized water. The various raw materials used in the manufacture of this product are safe and non-toxic for use in the table eggs coating.
